A 17-minute guided meditation using gentle hand pressure

Nothing fancy here—just the sound of my voice to guide you through about 17 minutes of acupressure on yourself.

Find a comfortable position sitting or laying down to perform this simple meditation utilizing pressure points—or what Jin Shin Jyutsu refers to as “safety energy locks”—holding areas of the body where energy naturally flows and can get blocked or stagnant.

This 17-minute meditation helps promote circulation throughout the entire body, supporting our digestion, reproductive and cognitive functions, helping us breathe deeper, relaxing muscle tension and easing mental overwhelm. All you need is to hold with your fingertips, or the palms of your hands and breathe.

If you feel like don’t have 17 minutes, just do the first few that you have time for—any amount of meditation will help slow the racing mind, bring us to the present moment and reconnect us to our intuition. Happy holding!
